The Technical Studio was established in Bagnacavallo (RA) in the year 2001.

Subsequently, the evolution of the profession led us to open two additional branches to better cover assignments, and two offices were opened—one in 2019 in Siena and another in 2023 in Rome. We believe that engaging with different realities, even within the national territory, has enriched the design proposals that the studio can offer. In fact, important synergies have been concurrently created with leading companies in the construction sector, thanks to our presence in a broader territory.

The studio - Where everything begins

Our choice was for an "all-inclusive" technical structure, where the Client is not forced to seek technical figures elsewhere, as is the case with professional studios that only perform a specific part of the design and project management process. Currently, in addition to the owner, Eng. Giacomo Tricoli, the staff consists of 8 collaborators who work continuously:

2 structural engineers
3 architects
1 thermotechnician
1 surveyor
1 industrial expert

These professionals develop integrated design that includes architecture, structures, and systems, up to topographical and cadastral aspects. The Client thus finds all aspects of the commissioned project's design and project management resolved, with significant time savings and cost-effectiveness, as well as a more complete and final product from the early project releases.
